How it works

Wakes up when: An appointment is booked, or an appointment time is approaching.

  1. 01On booking, send a friendly confirmation and add it to the contact timeline.
  2. 02Run a reminder cadence (e.g. 24h and 2h out) tuned to the client no-show pattern.
  3. 03Detect intent to cancel and immediately offer alternative slots to reschedule, not cancel.
  4. 04Flag at-risk appointments to the team in advance.
  5. 05Log show/no-show outcomes to feed the client reporting.
