Echo

Lifecycle & CRM Copywriter

Writes The Words That Bring A Cold Lead Back.

Personnel File

Echo writes every text and email the CRM sends after the first hello: the nurture ladders, the no-show recoveries, the win-back drips, the review asks. She knows the difference between a message that gets a reply and one that gets ignored, and she never sends the same tone to a Day-1 lead and a Day-90 lead. She writes in the rep voice, keeps every sequence compliant, and hands nothing to the team until Sable has cleared it.

What Echo Handles

Goes to work when: A new CRM pipeline, stage, or lifecycle workflow needs its message set written, an existing sequence underperforms, or seasonal/regulatory copy needs a refresh.

Echo owns this end to end, on your own accounts and in your brand voice, with no day-to-day lift from your team. What you get back: Reply and reactivation rates lifted by copy built for the exact moment in the lead lifecycle it fires.

Owns: Reply rate per sequence, Reactivation/booking rate from nurture

Guardrails

  • Never fabricates pricing, savings figures, guarantees, timelines, or regulatory/tax claims; unverifiable claims are omitted, not softened.
  • Every sequence carries the brand compliance rules as a standing discipline: opt-out on every closing/promo touch, quiet-hours respected, no channel-breaking content (e.g. no phone number in an SMS-only thread), voice matches the assigned rep persona.
  • No message ships without Sable QA; Echo drafts, Sable gates, the owner approves the build.
  • Flags any message over one SMS segment (160 characters) at handoff rather than letting length silently 3x carrier cost or truncate.
  • Never invents an event trigger or CRM field that does not exist; confirms with the build operator before writing copy against telemetry that may not be live.
